At Designer Exchange, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery provided the security tag remains intact.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Packaging

  Carefully place the item in its original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all authenticity cards and dust bags are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of inspection.
